Earn miles

When booking a sea or river cruise through one of our internet sites kreuzfahrten.de, kreuzfahrten.at und kreuzfahrten.ch, you earn Miles & More premium miles. For each euro of your cruise sale price you receive a premium mile. This applies to all cruises of our entire range. As usually you can choose between a convenient online reservation and the detailed assistance on the phone. You can then redeem the award miles you have collected for flight awards or for upgrade, travel, non-cash and experience awards. Don't have a Miles & More account yet? Conditions

• Valid for all new reservations made on the websites kreuzfahrten.de, kreuzfahrten.at und kreuzfahrten.ch
• 1 Euro cruise sale price = 1 premium mile
• The basis for the mileage calculation is the cruise sale price (cabin price including port taxes/fees)
• No milage credit on additional services such as arrival and departure, hotels, trips, drinks packages, personal expenses on board and on land, etc.
• When booking you must specify the service card number (verbally when booking by phone respectively in the booking form when booking online)
• The Miles & More service card owner must be a participant in the cruise
• No retroactive mileage credit respectively no mileage credit on already existing bookings
• Miles will be credited approximately two weeks after the start of the cruise

Redeem miles

As of May 1, 2014 you can redeem your award miles for a dream cruise! This is very easy: choose you dream cruise on one of our internet sites from about 20,000 cruises with about 400 ships. In the payment process you log in with your service card number and your PIN code. You can fully or partly pay for your cruise with award miles.

Conditions

• Valid for all new reservations made as of May 1, 2014 at the NEES-REISEN AG travel agency (or on a website operated by the NEES-REISEN AG travel agency)         
• 330 award miles = 1 Euro
• At least 8,250 award miles = 25 Euros must be redeemed
• Redeemable also for additional services such as flights, hotels, etc. as long as they were additionally booked at the Nees GmbH Travel Agency in the context of a cruise
• Not redeemable for personal expenses on board and on land
• In case of cancellation, the cancellation fees according to the General Terms and Conditions of the respective operator apply. In case of overpayment of award miles, the miles will be credited to the customer. Cash refund of the redeemed miles is not possible.

Travel voucher

The travel voucher is of the following values

• 25 Euros (correspond to 8,250 miles)
• 50 Euros(16,500 miles)
• 100 Euros (33,000 miles)
• 200 Euros (66,000 miles)
• 500 Euros (165,000 miles)
• 1,000 Euros (330,000 miles)

 

Conditions

• Redeemable for all cruise ranges of the NEES-REISEN AG
• 330 Premium miles = 1 Euro
• At least 8,250 Premium miles = 25 Euros must be redeemed
• The travel voucher is valid for three years from the date of  issue
• The voucher must be submitted upon booking
• Per reservation any number of vouchers can be redeemed
• Also redeemable for additional services such as flights, hotels, etc., provided these are booked with NEES-REISEN AG as part of a cruise
• Not redeemable for personal expenses on board and on land
• The travel voucher cannot be paid out
• In case of cancellation, the cancellation fees according to the General Terms and Conditions of the respective operator apply. In case of overpayment of Premium miles, the miles will be credited to the customer. Cash refund of the redeemed miles is not possible.
