The cruise line: a vision becomes reality

Welcome in the family!

It all started in 1994: The Silver Cloud set sail for the first time and went on a Mediterranean cruise. In doing so, Antonio Lefebre D’Ovidio fulfilled a lifelong dream. This first luxury cruise ship of the Italian cruise line family Lefebvre D’Ovidio was followed by ten more. Today, the Silversea fleet includes, in addition to the Silver Moon, the Silver Muse, Silver Shadow, Silver Spirit, Silver Whisper and the four expedition ships Silver Cloud, Silver Explorer, Silver Origin and Silver Wind. The cruise line of striking luxury and expedition cruises never tires of continually expanding its fleet. The Silver Dawn is scheduled to enter service in spring 2022. Your destinations? Among other things, the Canary Islands, Cape Verde, Morocco, the Caribbean and the Baltic Sea are on the agenda.  As of 2023, new addition Silver Nova will also take its guests on course to destinations such as the Mediterranean, the Caribbean and South America.

The Italian cruise line family came forward to present cruise guests with a completely new quality at sea. There are cruises - and there is Silversea: Under this motto, the eleven Silversea ships - seven in the Classic fleet and four in the Expedition fleet - offer the highest level of luxury on the sea. This includes outstanding service as well as a warm atmosphere on board and extraordinary routes that travel to the most remote destinations in the world and call at ports that are off-limits to large cruise ships.

Travelers should enjoy a completely new experience, one that combines the amenities of a private yacht with those of a cruise ship. The aim is to appeal to people who, above all, appreciate the beautiful things in life and are fascinated by experiencing distant countries and cultures without having to forego the highest possible comfort that a Silversea Cruises luxury cruise offers.

The vision of the Lefebvre D’Ovidio family prevailed. The fleet quickly grew to eleven ships and invited cosmopolitan individuals from all over the world on board. Many of the guests now feel like they are part of the big Silversea Cruises family. They travel again and again with one of the luxurious mega yachts and remain loyal to the cruise line and its luxury cruises for many years.

Exquisite cuisine and butler service
On the ships of the Silversea Cruises  cruise line, passengers experience what true hospitality is: their own butler ensures the well-being of their personal guest 24 hours a day. Not only does he serve a delicious breakfast in the cabin, the service also includes organizational things, such as getting tickets or booking appointments on the ship, for example at the luxurious wellness temple.

The destinations that the luxury cruise liners sail to are particularly attractive. So it goes up north, to snowy Alaska, or to more southern climes like the Indian Ocean. The maneuverable expedition ships can visit beautiful areas that are otherwise difficult to access, such as the Galapagos Islands.

Silversea Cruises sails its luxury cruises to more than 800 ports around the world - a record that is unchallenged by any other cruise line. Silversea Cruises has decided to swim against the tide and has been very successful with this concept. Instead of building ever larger ships, the cruise line relies on small, maneuverable ships that offer individual luxury and extraordinary routes as well as exotic ports.
Stylish all-inclusive lifestyle on the Silversea fleet

Silversea Cruises focuses on one small but crucial difference, especially with its classic ships, and describes itself as: everything but ordinary! Guests can immerse themselves in a unique atmosphere on board, sip a cocktail with new-found friends at the bar and then enjoy exquisite cuisine at the gourmet restaurants. Afterwards, it's time for the best entertainment in the show lounges before the guests retire to the spacious suites, where the butler has already prepared everything. All of these services are already included in the travel price of these luxury cruises.

The all-inclusive lifestyle at Silversea Cruises includes a whole range of amenities. All ships in the Classic fleet are luxuriously equipped and only accommodate 296 to 600 guests. All suites offer sea views, and 85 percent have private verandas. Butler service is also automatically included in all suites. The all-inclusive concept of luxury cruises means that not only wine, but also spirits and even champagne are included in the price. The personal minibar is filled with each guest's favorite drinks, so a drinks package is not even necessary as these are also included in the travel price. To ensure that this 5-star service always runs smoothly, Silversea Cruises relies on a guest-crew ratio of almost 1:1!

Top culinary offers  stand to reason aboard Silversea Cruises ships. The restaurants in the Classic Fleet offer selected menus from Relais and Châteaux and top-class international specialties. In addition to food, the all-inclusive concept also includes gratuities - they are already included in the cruise prices. Free transfers are also offered in most ports. Individual excursion arrangements can be organized by the Silver Shore Concierge for an extra fee.
Eleven mega yachts for the highest demands
Silversea Cruises' ships bring guests very close to their destinations on their cruises. London's Tower Bridge opens for Silversea Cruises, Venice welcomes guests with the magical light displays on the facades of the old palazzi and the boundless expanse of the Pacific Ocean awaits after crossing the Panama Canal. The eleven elegant XXL yachts from Silversea Cruises all offer luxury, but differ in detail in terms of size and equipment. The four expedition ships are specially designed for exceptional routes.
Silver Cloud
As the first ship that Silversea Cruises sent out to sea, the Silver Cloud played a significant role in determining the cruise line's standards. It offers a maximum of 254 guests a unique personal ambience, a spacious feeling and the advantage of also being able to call at small ports that meet the guests' desire for exoticism.
Silver Wind
The Silver Wind is one of the most elegant and smallest cruise ships sailing on the world's oceans. Despite her dimensions, which are more reminiscent of a yacht than a cruise ship, she offers generous space, a range of meeting points and event locations and a wonderful wellness area. The 274 guests enjoy a very personal, intimate atmosphere and of course the individual service that makes Silversea cruises so unique.
Silver Shadow
The luxury cruise ship Silver Shadow offers pure luxury on board in spacious suites for up to 388 guests, looked after by 302 crew members. In addition to the incomparable service, there are several excellent restaurants and a modern fitness center. The entertainment offer also leaves nothing to be desired.
Silver Whisper
The Silver Whisper also combines two advantages: It can score points with many offers that are otherwise only available on larger cruise ships, and at the same time impresses with its homely, personal and luxurious atmosphere.
Silver Spirit
For 608 guests on the Silver Spirit it means: welcome aboard. There, travelers can look forward to a stylish lifestyle with a luxury factor and modern and sophisticated equipment, with which Silversea Cruises comes one step closer to perfection on the sea. The elegant mega-yacht offers no fewer than six restaurants, a spacious 750 square meter wellness area, a pool, four whirlpools and the largest suites found in the entire Silversea Cruises fleet, 95 percent of which feature a private veranda.
Silver Explorer
Luxury on an expedition ship? The answer is Silver Explorer. The ship, which can accommodate 144 guests, was built with a reinforced hull to cruise in the most remote waters and in the two polar regions. Thanks to its design, it can sail safely and effortlessly through floating ice floes. Despite its expedition character, the Silver Explorer does not lack comfort and luxury for its guests.
Silver Muse
Like the other luxury yachts, this Silversea Cruises fleet member, built in 2017, leaves nothing to be desired. There is space for around 596 passengers on the cruise ship and they can indulge from front to back. A spacious pool area and an excellent culinary offer are just a few examples that the Silver Muse offers.
Silver Moon
The Silver Moon can accommodate up to 596 guests. She is one of the largest ships in the Silversea fleet and yet very luxurious and personal - that is the cruise line's trademark. Eight restaurants ensure culinary delights - including the brand new Sea And Land Taste (S.A.L.T.) program.
Silver Origin
Science meets luxury: Silversea Cruises uses the Silver Origin, built in 2020 (passenger capacity: 100 guests), exclusively for expedition cruises to the Galapagos Islands. The elegant yacht can accommodate up to 100 guests. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a breathtaking view of the indescribable nature. An interactive base camp and Ecuadorian-inspired cuisine are just a small part of this very special ship.
Silver Dawn
The Silver Dawn will explore the world's oceans as of April 2022. A total of 8 restaurants cater for almost 600 guests. The ship is a successful mix of the Silver Muse and the Silver Moon, but it is still unique. You will also find the new wellness concept Otium on board, which offer guests the highest level of relaxation and luxury.
Silver Nova
Expected to enter service in 2023, Silver Nova will provide a home away from home for up to 728 guests. She is the cruise line's most environmentally friendly ship and will be one of the most spacious ships ever. New, luxurious and spacious suites, some of which have a 270 degree panoramic view of the sky and sea, are just one of many highlights aboard the new fleet.
Good to know: This is what awaits you on board and on land
Board language
The onboard language on Silversea Cruises ships is generally English. If a minimum number of participants is reached on excursions, tours in other languages are also offered.
Dress code on the classic ships
The dress code ranges from casual to formal. Casual clothing is common during the day. Evening wear is divided into casual, informal and formal categories. On casual days, men wear open shirts and long pants. On informal evenings, the dress code is dresses or trouser suits for women and jackets for men. On formal evenings, the dress code recommends cocktail dresses or evening dresses for women, and tailcoats, tuxedos or dark suits for men.
Dress code on expedition ships
The dress code on board ranges from casual to informal. Casual clothing is appropriate during the day and consists of standard sporty outfits. According to the dress code, evening wear is also casual. On informal evenings, men wear open-collar shirts and long trousers. On the usual two formal evenings, jackets are recommended for men and dresses or trouser suits for women.

Information about weddings and wedding vows
Getting married  aboard a Silversea ship – that’s the dream of many people who are newly in love! However, a legally valid marriage on board is not possible with Silversea Cruises. In fact, only a few cruise lines meet the requirements for an official wedding at sea. But if you still have fond memories of your own wedding and would like to celebrate this most beautiful day in your life again in an unconventional way, you are warmly invited to choose a symbolic ceremony with Silversea Cruises. A romantic occasion for renewing wedding vows is, for example, the silver wedding or the golden wedding.
Internet and communication
Since 2016, internet aboard every Silversea ship has been largely free. The service is integrated into the services of the all-inclusive concept. In the cheapest suite categories you can surf for free via Wi-Fi for at least one hour a day, while in the more expensive ones there are no restrictions at all.
Onboard credit, special prices and offers
Silversea Cruises repeatedly offers exclusive offers, special prices and included on-board credit, so that new customers also find a special incentive to get to know these luxury cruise ships. In addition to the concept of all-inclusive prices, there are special offers such as low individual supplements, so that solo travelers can enjoy special prices. There are also regular offers that include attractive excursions in the travel price. Expedition trips can also be booked at special prices as part of special promotions, for example transfers and hotel stays are included in the price. As part of special promotions, guests can also enjoy on-board credit so that they can afford exclusive extras without putting any additional strain on their wallets.
Experiences and reviews
Silversea Cruises cruises receive excellent reviews on all relevant portals; bad experiences are rarely found on these luxury cruise ships. For example, Wolfgang comments on the kreuzfahrten.de forum with the following experiences: “Silversea Cruise – great! Silversea Cruises has an all-inclusive concept at the highest level. In no time you are on the ship in the saloon, where there is champagne and a buffet. You will then be escorted to the cabin, where you will be greeted with a bottle of champagne, a fruit basket and fresh flowers.”
Classic-fleet: 7 ships at 5-star-level
The suites – luxury at its best
Which cabin should I choose on a Silversea ship in the Classic fleet with Silver Dawn, Silver Moon, Silver Muse, Silver Nova, Silver Shadow Silver Spirit and Silver Whispher? “None at all!” is the answer, because there are no cabins or even rooms – suites only, is the concept of the luxury cruise line. Marble bathrooms, huge bathtubs, furnishings with Bulgari products, a veranda with teak furniture and a wonderfully soft bed with the finest Italian linens for a restful night are also part of the basic facilities, as are flat screens, in-suite entertainment, a walk-in closet and a minibar which the personal butler fills up for you with the drinks of your choice every day. Soft drinks and spirits can be ordered as well as juices or champagne.

According to the cruise line's wishes, the suites should be places of retreat where guests can completely relax after an exciting excursion or a stimulating activity on board. After an unforgettable day, a fluffy bathrobe and a comfortable bed await , so that travelers can start a new adventure the next day completely rested. This very high-quality equipment, which is a credit to a luxury hotel, is even better in some suite categories. In the Medallion, Silver, Royal, Grand and Owner’s Suites there are almost all additional features and services. These include laundry and ironing services, a sweet welcome, afternoon canapés, a free daily newspaper and, with satellite reception, two hours of free worldwide telephone calls. As a special extra, anyone who books  these suite categories will be invited to dinner at the officers' table and enjoy dinner for two at Le Champagne one evening.

The ships of the classic fleet each offer six or seven suite categories - from the Owner's Suite of 77 square meters (Silver Cloud) to 150 square meters (Silver Spirit) to the smallest categories, which still have 22 square meters  on the Silver Cloud and 29 square meters  on the Silver Spirit and are therefore rightly classified as suites and not cabins. On all classic ships there are suites/cabins for three people and on the Silver Shadow, the Silver Whisper and the Silver Spirit there are also suites with a connecting door, which are particularly suitable for families.
The butler – always at your service
Together with the other amenities on board, the extensive services of the personal butler make the cruise an unforgettable experience. He is always on hand, serves dinner in the evening and helps his personal guest upon arrival.

Do you have any special dining requests? Your butler directs you, books reservations at the restaurants and inquires about free times at the spa. During the cruise, the butler is always present in the background. He is glad to fill the minibar with drinks and the ice bucket with ice - without a drinks package -, turns the bed down in the evening and is happy to help pack the suitcase at the end of thecruise. Guests in the Royal, Grand and Owner’s Suites receive even more intensive care. The butler coordinates shore activities, serves afternoon canapés, makes reservations for shore dinners, organizes an in-suite cocktail party if desired, and runs the bubble bath - there's nothing left to be desired.
Food and drinks – floating luxury restaurants
Eating is without question the favorite leisure activity on cruises - and on Silversea luxury cruise ships, especially those in the Classic fleet, it is a special treat. Delicacies from all over the world are served - with a focus on the cuisine of the region you are traveling to.

For example, you can eat sole in the harbor of Hong Kong, a barbecue by the pool while cruising through the Caribbean or delicious antipasti platters in the Mediterranean. The Silversea yachts are considered floating luxury restaurants with an attached 5-star hotel! There are at least four restaurants to choose from on the Classic ships; seating at the Restaurant is free at any time of the day. Fine porcelain awaits the guest here, sparkling crystal and candlelight. A new dining menu is served daily. La Terrazza offers slow food-inspired cuisine. The menu is dominated by dishes from the Mediterranean and Italy, using only fresh and sustainably produced ingredients. So if you fancy buffalo mozzarella, olive oil from Umbria and Parma ham, La Terrazza is the right place for you. Reservations are required to dine in the evening at La Terrazza.

Relais and Châteaux's only floating gourmet restaurant is Le Champagne, which serves seasonal dishes made from the finest ingredients. At Le Champagne, the chef bases his creations on the region in which the ship is currently sailing. Reservations are required to dine at this restaurant and cover charges apply. If you want to fortify yourself with culinary delights in a relaxed manner, you can go to the pool. Light meals are served here for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, The Grill opens and fresh fish, seafood or meat is grilled on a hot volcanic stone slab directly at the table.

There are two more restaurants on the Silver Spirit. One is the Seishin Restaurant with Asian-inspired dishes with influences from Japan, China, Thailand, Vietnam and India, which are always a visual delight as the chef artfully arranges the delicacies in front of the guests. Seishin Restaurant also requires reservations for dining and is chargeable. With the Stars Supper Club, Silver Spirit offers another opportunity to satisfy your hunger in style. The club revives the ambience of New York's Rainbow Room. It starts with cocktails, then lots of small delicacies follow and the evening turns into an atmospheric night of jazz music. By the way, drinks are available free of charge everywhere, everything is all-inclusive, so no one has to worry about the prices of drink packages.
Sport and wellness – facials with diamonds
The Silversea fleet offers endless opportunities to do something - or do nothing at all and indulge in complete relaxation. Anyone who decides to strengthen their physical well-being on their luxury cruise will find the best conditions in the spa areas.

There's aromatherapy and reflexology, hot stone treatments and anti-aging facials. The ambience is elegant and the selection is huge. The crowning glory of luxury is certainly the signature facial, for example on the Silver Spirit, which culminates in a mask made of pure silver leaf and uses elixirs made from ground diamonds and pearls. Of course, there is also a fitness center equipped with modern equipment for cardiovascular training, strength and weight training. The range of fitness courses ranges from aerobics to Pilates to yoga sessions. Individuals who don't feel like using devices simply go out on deck in the morning and jog in the fresh air.
Children on board – allowed but not supervised
Silversea Cruises does not offer special children's programs, childcare or other supervision options on its ships. If you decide to go on a cruise with Silversea Cruises, the following minimum age must be observed. Children under one year of age are not permitted to cruise on the Silver Explorer for safety reasons. When traveling on the Silversea Cloud, Silver Wind, Silver Shadow, Silver Whisper and Silver Spirit, the minimum age at departure is six months. In addition, children under the age of six are not permitted to be transported by the Zodica inflatable boats used on the Silversea  expeditions. An adult family member must ensure that the respective child is looked after on board during the shore excursions/expeditions.
For families, the ships generally have suites for three-person occupancy and the Silver Shadow, Silver Whipser and Silver Spirit have connecting suites/cabins.
Diversw excursions – elephant safari or dinner with the sheikh?
In addition to the luxurious furnishings and perfect service, Silversea Cruises scores with diversity when it comes to routes, destinations and ports. The ships also head to small and exotic ports and sometimes offer unique and spectacular excursions there.

These include such unusual expeditions as an orangutan sanctuary in Borneo, an elephant safari in India or fly fishing in Alaska. Silversea has an extensive range of excursions in its program that helps to fulfill almost all wishes. There is usually something for everyone, both thematically and in terms of the sporting level of the activity. The Silversea Cruises Collection brings together all the excursions offered exclusively for Silversea guests. There is a visit to the Forbidden City in Beijing as well as a dinner with a sheikh.

If you would like to personalize an excursion or visit, you can contact the Silver Shore Concierge - but this should be done in good time before the cruise so that your wishes may come true. The Silver Shore Expeditions program is designed for adventurers who enjoy bungee jumping or ziplining across a gorge.
Silver shore excursions: authentic excursions in small groups
But less spectacular activities such as hiking, snorkeling or cycling can also be booked through this program. Silver Shore Excursions offer authentic experiences in small groups. Do you want to tour on your own with a rental car or a chauffeur? This is also possible with Silver Shore Privato - the transport to the respective destinations is organized and suggestions are made for the planning of the excursion.

In principle, excursions are also offered in languages other than English if the minimum number of participants has been reached for a popular excursion. Special excursion programs in certain ports enable you to visit charitable institutions (Silver Shore charitable commitment) or shopping hot spots (Silver Shore Shopping). Silver Shore Land Adventures organizes a particularly intensive experience. Land stays lasting several days are arranged before, during or after a cruise so that a destination can be explored particularly intensively.
Entertainment – with friends through the night
The day on a cruise is exciting, the nights are a real pleasure aboard the luxurious classic ships from Silversea Cruises. Whether dinner, cocktails at the bar, dancing, casino or show – there won't be a moment of boredom. A typical evening ends on deck, where a boundless starry sky arches across the firmament or the lights flash promisingly on the coasts.

A meeting point on the ships of the Classic fleet is The Panorama Lounge. Here you can relax and enjoy 5 o'clock tea or watch the setting sun during a sundowner. At night, The Panorama Lounge transforms into a dance bar with live music for unforgettable evenings. The perfect spot for evening cocktails is The Oberservation Lounge, a quiet and atmospheric  space high up on the ship. The Bar is also a place of fun. Newly found friends meet here for an aperitif, listen to the sounds of jazz or dance the night away to live music. Poolside is also a perfect place for a cocktail - by moonlight or at deck and barbecue parties. If you're looking for really good entertainment, The Show Lounge is the right place for you. Musical shows with a mix of styles from opera, musical or pop await you here - all performed by trained and high-class performers.

Every year, the Silversea Classic fleet offers more than 200 cruises to almost 400 fascinating destinations around the world - ranging from island hopping in the Mediterranean to transatlantic cruises to the magnificent world cruise, which gives guests 141 days and nights aboard the Silver Shadow, for example. It departs from Sydney in January 2023 and ends in Fort Lauderdale in May 2023. In between lies an unforgettable luxury cruise that follows the ancient sea routes around Australia and follows the winds that once carried spice traders through the Indian Ocean. A cruise around the world is more than a cruise, it is a lifelong dream that Silversea Cruises fulfills in the most luxurious way.
Of course, Silversea Cruises also goes transatlantic. That means many wonderful days and nights  aboard a luxury cruise ship from Silversea Cruises - pure enjoyment and the ideal opportunity to feel like a real sailor.
Expedition fleet: four extraordinary ships for individualists
The suites: luxurious products even on expeditions
The four expedition ships Silver Cloud, Silver Explorer, Silver Origin and Silver Wind offer different categories when it comes to suites and cabins. The sizes range from 67 square meters in the Owner’s Suite on the Silver Explorer to 15 square meters in the Adventurer Class, also on the Silver Explorer. All suites/cabins on the expedition ships offer ocean views and luxurious amenities such as fluffy bathrobes, a fine down duvet and Pratesi linens, fine toiletries and flat-screen TVs with on-demand film programs. The minibar in the suite is always stocked with the guest's favorite drinks, a service provided by the personal butler and included in the price of the cruise.

Other amenities that await every guest include iPod docking stations and, on some ships, stationery with personal letterhead and raincoats. The respective suites in the upper categories are particularly exclusively equipped. The standard features include large, furnished teak verandas, marble bathrooms and walk-in closets with safes.
Food and drinks – dine elegantly at The Restaurant
Excellent culinary offers are a tradition with  Silversea Cruises. In the main dining room, The Restaurant, which is available on all four expedition ships, continental and regional specialties are served in an upscale and elegant ambience. There are no set times or tables, so guests are completely independent with their day and evening plans.
In addition to The Restaurant, The Grill can also be found on the Silver Cloud. Light meals are served here for breakfast and lunch by the pool. In the evenings, The Grill transforms into a hot rock eatery. Fresh fish and delicious meat are prepared on a hot plate right at the table. Coffee, tea and juices are available to guests around the clock. Whether fine wines, spirits, coffee specialties, juices or soft drinks - everything is available free of charge in the bars, lounges and restaurants on board the four expedition ships. The minibar is always filled with your favorite drinks - all-inclusive, without a drinks package!
Sport and wellness – fit and well around the world
The Silver Origin only takes 100 guests on board and still offers its own massage room where soothing care can be enjoyed after an eventful day. There is also a beauty salon and a fitness center with a treadmill, stationary bike and weight machines. All expedition ships even offer a spa and a range of treatments from facials to massages to sauna sessions. The beauty salon enables guests to always appear perfectly styled during their luxury cruise. A fitness center is available for physical training.
Excursions: wrapped in a parka to see the polar bears
The excursions offered on the expedition ships guarantee unique experiences. Guests set foot on land in the most remote destinations and exotic ports and can explore regions that are inaccessible to most people. The excursions always take place in small groups under the leadership of experienced tour guides and lecturers. On many expedition cruises, a backpack and water bottle are provided free of charge; in cold regions, a parka keeps you warm. So if you want to set foot on Antarctic soil, if you want to experience the rare hawksbill turtles on Borneo or the unique birdlife on the Galapagos Islands, then a Silversea Cruises expedition ship is the right place for you.
Entertainment – time for leisure and exciting offers
The Silversea Cruises expedition ships offer enough entertainment through their itineraries, but there is still plenty of entertainment waiting aboard the elegant mega-yachts.

The Silver Explorer spoils its maximum of 144 guests with a varied program. In The Theater, knowledgeable experts present lectures and seminars on exotic animal species or unique natural wonders. For self-study, you then go to the library, where there is a large selection of books, magazines and reference works. The Panorama Lounge, on the other hand, is a place of relaxation. Here you can relax wonderfully with piano music, while in the Observation Lounge on deck 6 at the top of the ship the changing panoramic views are a program in themselves.

The Explorer Lounge is a popular place to listen to interesting lectures, find out about excursions or meet up with friends. Of course, there is also a library that has a lot of background information about the Galapagos Islands. Board games and a daily quiz also provide variety. In the evening it is time for relaxation. So you go to the Piano Bar to meet up with fellow travelers and the expedition leaders and reflect about the day during a cocktail. In the afternoon, a piano player plays his melodies while guests enjoy their afternoon tea.

Which languages are spoken on board?

The onboard languages offered vary depending on the cruise line. In addition to the German cruise lines AIDA, TUI Cruises and PHOENIX, cruise lines such as Costa and MSC also offer German-speaking contact persons and shore excursions. The onboard languages offered are usually specified in the travel advertisement. There is also the option of filtering according to a desired language.

Do you travel alone? With the whole family? Do you prefer the big adventure in nature or do you want to be entertained as well? There is a suitable lid for every pot - and that's just the same with cruises: apart from a variety of routes, the various cruise lines also show their own individual orientations.

If you are traveling alone, a single cabin will be important to you. Only a few cruise lines offer pure single cabins, usually a single cabin surcharge is calculated for the double cabin used alone. You will find what you are looking for on Norwegian Cruse Line, the cruise line offers extra single cabins. You may also find offers without extra charge at Hapag Lloyd Cruises or at Royal Caribbean.

Whether baby, toddler or teen - on a journey with children different requirements apply than on a cruise alone or in pairs. So the little ones want to be active. If you are planning a family cruise, make sure that there is an entertainment program for children. For example, AIDA Cruises or Costa Cruises are very child-friendly. But also many other cruise lines have specialized on the smallest guests, worthwhile here is an individual consultation with kreuzfahrten.de.

And as far as entertainment and shore excursions are concerned, cruises are as varied as a journey can be. If you do not want 24-hour entertainment, you will surely choose a different ship than the one who expects a selection of great shows, possibly several a day. We are happy to help you in your search for the right ship!
