Heilbronn is a city with 120,000inhabitants located on the Neckar in northern Baden-Württemberg. In 741 the city is first documented as "villa Helibrunna". In 1251 Heilbronn as "oppidum Heilecbrunnen" becomes part of the Staufer Empire. The term "oppidum" means that Heilbronn was already at that time a moats city fortified by wall. Heilbronn is known as a city of wine as well as "Käthchen" city. The latter name was given the city by the show " Käthchen of Heilbronn" by poet Heinrich von Kleist.
