During a walk through the beautiful Paks, you should by no means miss out on some of the stations: start your tour of the Sacred Heart Church, consecrated in 1901. At the foot of the worship house is a bazaar built in 1885, which is still used today. The Church of the Holy Spirit, planned by Imre Makovecz and consecrated in 1989, has become a landmark in the city. Very nice is also the Hotel Elisabeth from 1840 and the former Kurie Mádi-Kovács. An ideal excursion destination in the vicinity of the city is the Roman fortification Lussonium, located in the present day Dunakömlöd.
