Check-in
All guests must present a valid passport or other acceptable proof of citizenship upon check-in. All travelers must have a valid passport to enter or re-enter the United States by air.
In addition to a valid passport, many countries require an entry visa based on your nationality. It is the responsibility of each guest to identify and obtain all required visas prior to the start of the cruise. As requirements may vary, guests are advised to contact their local consulate or embassy for further information on travel documents required for all ports of call during the cruise.
The guest who booked the cruise must present upon check-in a copy of the online check-in port arrival form. You can save time upon embarkation by completing this document in advance via My Online Check-in.
If a minor (age 17 or younger) is traveling without a parent or guardian, an accompanying adult must present an “Authorization for Minor to Travel Without a Parent or Guardian” form completed and signed by the child’s parents or guardian.
Services for guests with disabilities
Guests with disabilities have access to comfortable cabins and suites and a full range of services, facilities and amenities, including assistive devices, on every Disney Cruise Line ship and on Disney's private island paradise Castaway Cay.
If you or a member of your travel group has a disability or special medical need, please complete and submit the Special Services Request form. ASL interpreter and service animal requests require advance notice. All other requests can be submitted up to 3 days before embarkation.

Wheelchairs and other personal mobility aids
Most public areas on the ships – including theaters, restaurants and shops – are wheelchair accessible. There are also accessible public toilets available. Wheelchair-accessible cabins have a 32-inch entry door and a wider movement path within the cabin. Typical cabins have a narrower entry door (23 inches) and may not have sufficient interior space to accommodate mobility devices.

Childcare
Disney Cruise Line's childcare centers offer parents both peace of mind and the opportunity to relax and enjoy some exclusive time together. The childcare centers are aimed at children ages 6 months to 3 years (or ages 1 to 3 years on Transatlantic, Panama Canal and Hawaii itineraries) and offer extended hours to accommodate the many activities on the ships.
“It’s a small world” nursery! is located on the Disney Dream, the Disney Fantasy, the Disney Magic, the Disney Wonder and the Disney Wish..

Connecting cabins
Can I reserve connecting cabins?
Yes. A limited number of connecting cabins are available on the Disney Magic and Disney Wonder cruise ships. Since connecting rooms are a popular request, it is recommended that you book your cabins as early as possible.
The Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy are specifically designed to accommodate families and groups. Each ship has 500 connecting doors that allow for spacious connecting cabins.Connecting cabins with verandas have a partition wall that can be opened to create a larger shared balcony.
When you book your cruise, you can find connecting cabin pairs on your ship (subject to availability) by using the locator deck plan when reserving your first cabin. The availability of connecting cabins for discounted rate reservations cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of a medical emergency, a doctor and nurse are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Occasionally it may be necessary for a patient to leave the ship for transportation to a nearby medical facility.
Please note that medical staff are employed by a company independent of Disney Cruise Line and standard fees apply for all services. Fees incurred at the Health Center will be reflected in your cabin account. Additionally, since onboard medical services are considered “care outside the United States,” you are responsible for paying such charges prior to disembarking the ship. The Health Center will be happy to provide you with the documentation you need to process any claims you may have through your health insurance or travel insurance provider.
For minor first aid measures, the Health Center has over-the-counter medication, bandages and other remedies available to provide quick relief. First aid and over-the-counter medication are also available at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 3, midship and at selected shops on board. Guests who need to refrigerate medication can store it in the refrigerator provided in the cabin.
