Before the cruise

Arrival
Whether by train or car, your arrival is always planned individually by you. If you arrive by car, the cruise line will be glad to provide you with information about parking options.
Excursions and visits
The excursions mentioned on the offer pages are not included in the travel price. Excursions can be booked in advance; Additional bookings are possible on board subject to availability. The execution of the excursions always depends on reaching the minimum number of participants. For short-term bookings, excursions can be paid for on board in cash or by credit or debit card.
Embarkation and disembarkation
In your travel documents you will find detailed embarkation instructions for the exact berth at the embarkation point. Despite officially confirmed berths, ships may have to change these at short notice. Please also note the information on site and the exact embarkation times.
Schedule and program changes
Changes and deviations of individual travel services from the agreed content of the travel contract, which become necessary after the conclusion of the contract, e.g. due to the special circumstances of cruising, are permitted as long as they are not significant, do not lead to a significant change in the travel service and do not affect the overall layout of the cruise. The same applies for changes to travel times and/or routes (e.g. for safety and weather reasons), which are the sole responsibility of the captain responsible for the ship.
Noises
Your ship is on the one hand your "holiday hotel", but on the other hand it is also a "work tool" that moves with engine power. As a result, typical ship noises may occur at any time (partly when passing through locks and bridges and the resulting entry and exit of the structure). We recommend guests who are sensitive to noise to take with them hearing protection/ear plugs.
Port berths
In many cities it is common for the port authorities to allocate a common berth to several ships if necessary. In these cases, the vessels are side by side and the clear view from your cabin may be affected.
Travel insurance
It is advisable to take out travel insurance.
Cancellation of the cruise
You can cancel the cruise at any time by paying cancellation fees.

The following bike tours are already included:
- Haßfurt: bike tour to the former imperial city of Schweinfurt.
- Schweinfurt:  tour to Kitzingen. this historic wine-trading town is home to the German Carnival Museum, which offers insight into a significant part of Franconian customs. The Falterturm (Folder Tower) with its leaning spire is considered the town's landmark. In Kitzingen, old brewing traditions meet winemaking traditions, as evidenced by historic cellars. Several Kitzingen taverns offer guests hearty Franconian food such as Sauerbraten with dumplings or "Karpfen Blau" (Blue Carp). Alternatively, you have the option of staying on board until Stammheim, thus shortening the bike tour by approximately 25 kilometers.
- Kitzingen: Würzburg awaits you today with many sights. One of these is the Würzburg Residence, considered one of the most important palaces in Germany and a UNESCO world heritage site since 1981. Also well-known are St. Kilian's Cathedral and Marienberg Fortress. Würzburg is a center of Franconian wine and, as a young student town, is still bustling even in the evenings.
- Karlstadt: today's destination is the town of Lohr am Main. Traditional Franconian half-timbered architecture also characterizes the old town of this gateway to the Spessart. Buildings such as the Electorate of Mainz Castle underscore the town's fairytale character.- Wertheim: bike tour to Freudenberg. High above the Main River and the town of Freudenberg, Freudenburg Castle stands enthroned at the foothills of the Franconian Odenwald. Freudenburg Castle is well known among castle connoisseurs for its striking keep.
- Freudenberg: the highlight of today's bike tour is Miltenberg with its Mildenburg Castle, built in 1200. The "Planet Bike Route" accompanies you from Erlenbach to Kleinwallstadt. Here, you'll find information about the celestial bodies. The floodplain forest between Niedernheim and Nilkheim is pleasant to ride through in summer. Benches and rest areas can be found everywhere along the Main River, inviting you to relax or even take a swim. Your destination is the beautiful, tranquil university town of Aschaffenburg with its magnificent Renaissance Johannisburg Castle, built of red sandstone. Numerous wine bars, cafés, and quaint inns await your visit.

Please note:
It is possible to bring your own bicycles (€ 39,- only upon request, limited)
