The cruise line offers the classic one-week route with the MS Grand Mandarin, the first-class premium ship on the Nile with a friendly and modern design. The ship, which was newly commissioned by the Mandarin Cruise Line in 2023 as the MS Grand Mandarin and completely rebuilt, is subject to the standards of the American Bureau of Shipping. Together with international guests, Phoenix groups take the cruises between Luxor and Aswan with their German-speaking, licensed tour guide. Life on board is relaxed and comfortable. There is a relaxed atmosphere on board with casual evening wear and no swimwear during meal times. An attentive Egyptian crew on board ensures that you lack nothing during the cruise and that you can enjoy your vacation in a tasteful ambience. The ship has five decks with a spacious entrance hall/salon with railing, reception, boutique and massage area, exclusively designed and modernly furnished lounge with well-equipped "Tokyo Bar", restaurant (one meal time) and is fully air-conditioned. The sun deck is spacious and tastefully designed with a swimming pool, illuminated outdoor bar, loungers and seating (pool towels included) and offers plenty of shady spots under parasols and sun sails. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the reception/lounge area (network reception required).
