 - Strasbourg: after breakfast, take the opportunity to visit the Alsatian capital of Strasbourg with its many canals, the Strasbourg Cathedral, or the picturesque tanners' quarter with its historic half-timbered houses. Enjoy a taste of French joie de vivre before starting your first bike tour. You ride directly along the Rhine through the gentle Rhine plain to the Gambsheim Lock, where your ship awaits you for the onward cruise to Germersheim. Enjoy your time on deck or in the salon and reflect on your first impressions with a glass of wine.
- Germersheim: today's bike tour takes you along the old branches of the Rhine through seemingly untouched nature. First, however, look forward to the old fortress town of Germersheim with its many beautiful alleys, nooks, and squares. Continue through the Palatinate region to the cathedral city of Speyer. The Speyer Cathedral has been a UNESCO world heritage site since 1981.
- Speyer: today, enjoy a short bike tour along the Old Rhine, through unspoiled areas designated as nature reserves and natural floodplains. You reach reach the city of Mannheim, nicknamed "the square city" due to its street layout. There are numerous opportunities to spend your free time exploring the sights in these squares. Among the most famous sights are the Baroque Palace – the largest Baroque palace complex in Germany – and the Water Tower – the city's landmark.
- Mannheim: today, ride along the beautiful Neckar River to Heidelberg. The Roman town of Ladenburg, with its historic old town, is worth a short stop. Visible from afar, the ruins of Heidelberg Castle tower over the old town. Stroll across the famous Heidelberg sandstone bridge or through the winding alleys and charming squares of the old town. The return ride takes you along the banks of the Neckar River back into the bustling city life of Mannheim.
- Mannheim: today you leave Mannheim and ride past meadows and fields, following the course of the Rhine to the imperial city of Worms. On your journey through two millennia of city history, you encounter emperors and kings, myths and legends of the Nibelungs, Judaism, and Martin Luther.
- Nierstein: This morning, you enjoy a cruise from Worms to Nierstein. With almost 1,000 hectares of vineyards, Nierstein is the largest wine-growing community on the Rhine. Visit the historic town center with its medieval market square and noble houses. A short stage and plenty of time to enjoy: From Nierstein, you ride directly along the Rhine on the Rhine Bike Path to Mainz. Those who prefer more riding can ride directly from Worms to Mainz (approx. 60 km).
